What You Will Learn
No prior experience required. We will talk about history of green coffee and it’s evolution over to green bean sourcing and it’s roasting. We will cover different physical and chemical stages of bean development during the roast. We will talk about Roasting Intelligence Software and other day to day management tasks and how to keep records of all your activities for later reference analysis. Further we mention various roasting machines and their differences and advise you based on our current experience and data we already have. We finish the class by cupping session comparing different coffees roasted by different machines by leading roasting companies in Europe.

We advice you not to consume any caffeine before attending our courses as tasting will be an important part of your day at our roastery.
